Health Net Connect and North Memorial Health Care Partner to Deliver Virtual Care

(Wixom, MI – December 30, 2015) – Health Net Connect (HNC) announced today a partnership with North Memorial Health Care to do deliver virtual care throughout Minnesota and around the world. HNC’s virtual care products and services will allow Minnesota-based North Memorial Health Care providers to deliver second opinions virtually to patients and will also provide remote patient monitoring capabilities. In addition, HNC will provide solutions for patient triage in the field in a cutting edge advanced community paramedic program.
